Summer Camp

Bored with kayaks? Sick of poison ivy? Allergic to everything? Camp Kids ‘N Comedy is for you!

 

At our  summer camp kids  ages 10-18 can spend 2 weeks learning stand-up comedy, improv, and sketch comedy  from professional comics  working in New York City.

Classes

Are you a funny kid? Do you know a funny kid? Want to use your teenage angst for good!

 

At Kids ‘N Comedy’s classes, kids ages 10-18 will learn to write and perform stand up comedy from professional comics working in New York City.

Workshops

Open to established Kids ‘N Comedy students who have taken part in monthly shows or more than one series of classes.

 

These advanced comedy writing  workshops help kids learn to write jokes on the fly and to keep their stand-up comedy fresh and exciting.

Kids ‘N Comedy is New York City’s top comedy school kids. Along with stand-up comedy classes we also offer advanced writer workshops, summer camp, and monthly live stand-up comedy shows all for kids ages 10-18. 

 

Our staff is made of a group of New York writers and comedians that, as teens, had no access to a program such as this, and as a result, are trying to fill their various tragic voids by providing the comic experience to the youth of today.  Meet the masterminds behind Kids ‘N Comedy!

Unique is the only word I can think of to describe the Kids ‘N Comedy program… My son participated in the Program for about five years. Through the Summer Camp, Workshops and eventually joining the Pro Team, this experience for him has been transformative.

Performances

Every month Kids ‘N Comedy, NYC’s top comedy school for kids, presents a showcase of our best and brightest teenage stand-up comics performing original and family friendly stand-up comedy. Shows are appropriate for kids 9+ and their families.
